Rooftop additions are technically and zoning-feasible on flat-roof buildings from 1960–1985. Pitched roofs fall outside our scope.

Apartment blocks with flat roof
Built 1960–1985, modernist or brutalist style, 3–8 floors, concrete structure. Rooftop extension technically and urbanistically feasible — what we actively acquire.

Pitched roofs / tiles
For pitched-roof apartment buildings, rooftop extension is usually not feasible (load-bearing structure, permit). You can still contact us — we assess each building individually.
